Cerys playing with Hermoine
Three weeks old - Dec 2005

Cerys (Barhi Hidden Dragon) continued with her working training and once again managed to be placed in an assessment test.

However she was unable to work in the field as she has been attending to maternal duties. We had a long journey to the Highlands of Scotland to mate her to Sh Ch Beagmhor An Albannach, a dog that I have loved for some time. On 18 November 2005 she gave birth to a beautiful bitch puppy, whose "nest" name is Hermoine as she was born on the day that the Harry Potter film was released. Cerys is really loving being a mother and it is wonderful to watch the relationship between mother and daughter develop.

We look forward to seeing what Hermoine's pet and Kennel Club names will be in due course. Once again there will be a film theme to her name, this time to reflect her Scottish roots. We have applied for her name, though which of our choices is selected will depend on the vagaries of the Kennel Club. We hope that Hermoine will live locally and we will be able to see her often.

Welsh Kennel Club - Aug 2005
1st Post Graduate

Oliver (Barhi Crouching Tiger) has had a wonderful year. Once again, he has not been shown much but we were extremely pleased that his wins included Post Graduate Dog at three Championship Shows -

Full details of his key wins may be found on his web pages.

He is a wonderful dog to have around. When we stayed in a hotel for Welsh Kennel, he was beautifully behaved and a pleasure to be away with. He is a credit to Carol, who he lives with.

Oliver is continuing to work toward his Gold Kennel Club Good Citizens award as he wants to emulate his sister's achievement.

Miar (Kazval Bon Voyage via Barhi) and Delenn (Barhi Withycombe Shade) continue to enjoy being part of the family. They are looking forward to their role in bringing Hermione up and teaching her about life, when Cerys allows this to happen.
